摘要
水泥搅拌桩作为隐蔽工程,其质量管控是工程建设的痛点与难点。日前,国内已自主研制了微扰动四轴搅拌桩工法及施工装备,并开发了数字化施工控制系统。该文重点对微扰动四轴搅拌桩施工中的自动匹配控制技术的设计与实现进行了介绍,并以工程实践应用效果为依据,验证了自动匹配控制技术的有效性与稳定性。该技术实现了施工过程中对浆液流量、搅拌次数、地内压力等关键参数的自动匹配控制,提高了施工自动化程度,有效克服了传统人为管理方式的缺点,能够解决水泥搅拌桩施工中的质量管控难题,保证施工质量。
As a concealed project,the quality control of cement mixing pile is a pain and difficult point in project construction.Recently,the domestic independently developed the construction method and construction equipment of minor disturbance four-axial mixing pile,and developed the digital construction control system.This paper introduces the design and implementation of automatic matching control technology in the construction of micro disturbance four axis mixing pile.Based on the engineering practice,the effectiveness and stability of the automatic matching control technology are verified.This technology realizes the automatic matching control of key parameters such as slurry flow,mixing times,and ground pressure during the construction process,improves the degree of construction automation,effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional manual management,solves the quality control problems in the construction of cement mixing pile,and ensures the construction quality.
