摘要
以蝴蝶兰Phal.‘B’和Phalaenopsis SogoYukidian‘V3’为亲本进行正反交,对杂交F_(1)代花部性状的分离表现进行统计分析。结果表明,正反交F_(1)代的花色花斑、唇部肉突颜色、唇部中裂片颜色分离类别基本一致;蝴蝶兰Phal.B的紫红色花斑可以遗传给后代,且作为父本更容易遗传;同时紫红色肉突与紫红色花斑的分布有一定的正向相关性,当花瓣上有紫红色花斑的,肉突颜色会显现紫红色,而花瓣上没有紫红色花斑的,肉突颜色则不会呈现紫红色,且会随着紫红色花斑面积的增加,紫红色肉突所占比例随之增加;而且紫红色花斑分布对中裂片的颜色有一定的影响,当花瓣上有紫红色花斑时,中裂片更易呈现红色,且Phal.B为父本时杂交后代中这种遗传影响尤甚。
Phalaenopsis.‘B’,Phalaenopsis SogoYukidian‘V3’and their F1 offspring of reciprocal crossing were used to analyze the separa⁃tion performance of floral traits.The results showed that the separation of flower color,flower spots and lip color were basically the same in the reciprocal crosses generation.The dark purple⁃red spots of Phal.‘B’could be inherited to the offspring and were easier to inherit as the male parent.At the same time,there was a positive correlation between the distribution of purple⁃red callus and purple⁃red flower spots,when there were purple⁃red spots on the petals,the color of the callus would appear purple⁃red,while the petals without purple⁃red spots,the color of the callus would not appear purple⁃red,and the proportion of purple⁃red callus would increase as the area of purple⁃red spots increases.Moreover,the distribution of the purple⁃red spots had an effect on the color of the middle lobe,which was more likely to appear red when there were pur⁃ple⁃red spots on the petals,and this genetic effect was especially strong in the progeny of the cross when P.‘B’was the male.
