农村生态文明建设现状调查及对策

Investigation and Strategy on the Current Situation of Rural Ecological Civilization Construction

采用调查统计方法,开展农村生态文明建设现状与策略研究。结果表明,2020年相较2010年,有机、绿色和无公害农产品种植面积比重、农药和化肥使用强度3个指标均增长缓慢,畜禽粪便处理率、秸秆综合利用率2个指标均有较大提高;公众对生态文明建设的满意度和生态文明知识的知晓度偏低,分别为67.78分和61.72%。提出农村生态文明建设策略:发展高效生态经济,依托山区资源发展“资源—精深加工—废弃物利用”循环链;持续改善农村生态环境,提升秸秆利用水平,因地制宜开展农村垃圾、污水治理和厕所革命,提升村容村貌;践行生态生活,推进天然气进农村,支持畜禽粪便制有机肥、废水厌氧处理后灌溉,发展农业光电一体化,积极倡导绿色消费,支持生态旅游业发展;开展生态文明教育宣传。

Based on the survey and statistics methods,the paper studies the current situation and strategies of rural ecological civilization construction.The results showed that in 2020,compared with 2010,the planting area proportion of organic,green and pollution-free agricultural products,the use intensity of pesticides and fertilizers grew slowly,and the treatment rate of livestock and poultry manure and the comprehensive utilization rate of straw both increased significantly.The public's degree of satisfaction and knowledge of ecological civilization were 67.78 points and 61.72%.The strategy of rural ecological civilization construction in Funiu mountain area was put forward,including developing efficient ecological economy and developing the recycling chain of “resource-intensive processing-waste utilization” relying on mountain resources;continuously improving the rural ecological environment,improving the use of straw,and carrying out a revolution in rural garbage and sewage treatment and toilets in line with local conditions to improve the appearance of villages;promoting ecological living,introducing natural gas into rural areas,developing integrated supply of large and medium-sized biogas in line with local conditions,and integrating agricultural electricity with electricity;actively advocating green consumption and support the development of ecological tourism;carrying out education and publicity for ecological progress.
