地方涉农院校“新农科”建设探索与实践——以辽东学院农学院为例

Exploration and Practice of “New Agricultural Science” Construction in Local Agricultural Universities——A Case Study of College of Agriculture,Liaodong University as an Example

“新农科”建设是高等涉农院校高等教育必然选择,作为地方应用技术型大学,植根于地方经济发展需求,立足于地方农业农村发展和乡村振兴,积极推进"新农科"建设是时代使命。辽东学院农学院在这方面做出积极有益探索:确立培养目标,创新培养模式,构建课程体系,加强课程建设,强化实践环节,构建新农科应用型人才培养体系,以期培养出基层企业“用得上、留得住”的适应和引领未来农业发展需要的应用型农业人才。

The construction of “new agricultural science” is an inevitable choice for higher education in agriculture-related colleges.As local application-oriented university,it is the mission of the times to actively promote the construction of “new agricultural science” based on the needs of local economic development,local agricultural and rural development and rural revitalization.In order to cultivate the applied agricultural talents who can adapt to and lead the needs of future agricultural development by grassroots enterprises,the Agricultural College of Liaodong University has made active and beneficial explorations:establishing training objectives,innovating training models,building a curriculum system,strengthening curriculum construction,strengthening practical links,and building a new agricultural application talent training system.
