摘要
性早熟是小儿内分泌科临床多发病、常见病,中医辨证治疗具有明显的特色及优势。张雪荣教授治疗性早熟经验颇丰,立足整体观念,辨证施治,治疗以平调肝肾,滋阴降火为主,兼以疏肝解郁,化痰散结,标本同治,在遣方用药中善用对药,执简驭繁,疗效显著。
Precocious puberty is a frequently-occurring and common disease in clinical pediatric endocrinology.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has obvious characteristics and advantages.Professor Zhang Xuerong has a lot of experience in the treatment of precocious puberty.Based on the overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment,the treatment is mainly by regulating the liver and kidney and nourishing yin and reducing fire,which is combined with soothing the liver and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and dispersing stagnation,and treating symptoms and causes together.Making good use of the pair medicines in the prescription and keeping simple and controlling complexity has remarkable curative effect.
