高铁网络对城市环境污染的影响效应及作用机制研究

摘要 从空间网络连接角度理解高铁与城市发展之间的关系是一个重要的研究视角。文章基于2003—2019年我国285个地级市的相关数据,使用多期DID模型研究接入高铁网络和高铁网络质量对城市环境污染的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现,接入高铁网络对城市环境污染有显著的负效应,高铁网络质量的提高会减少城市环境污染。进一步的作用机制分析表明,高铁网络通过促进科技进步发挥创新效应和吸引人口集聚发挥集聚效应来降低城市环境污染水平。异质性分析表明:我国东西部城市接入高铁网络和高铁网络质量对环境污染有显著的负效应,中部城市负效应不显著;大城市接入高铁网络和高铁网络质量对环境污染有显著的负效应,小城市负效应不显著。 It is an important research perspective to understand the relationship between high-speed rail and urban devel-opment from the perspective of spatial network connection.Based on the data of 285 prefecture-level cities from 2003 to 2019,this paper uses the time-varying DID model to study the effect of access to high-speed rail network and the quality of high-speed rail network on urban environmental pollution and its mechanism.The results show that access to high-speed rail network has a significant negative effect on urban environmental pollution;the improvement of high-speed rail network quality based on degree centrality and intermediate centrality will reduce urban environmental pollution.Further mechanism analysis shows that the high-speed rail network can reduce the level of urban environmental pollution by promoting the innovation effect of scientific and technological progress and attracting population agglomeration effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the high speed rail network has significant negative effect on environmental pollution in eastern and western cities,but not in central cities.The ac-cess and level of high-speed rail network in large cities have a significant negative effect on environmental pollution,however,the negative effect in small cities is not significant.
