酶底物法和多管发酵法在废水粪大肠菌群检测中的对比

摘要 近年来,酶底物法被广泛应用于水质总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌的检测分析,从而有效地应对突发环境事件。本文结合酶底物法和多管发酵法的优缺点,对二者检测结果的相关性进行试验验证,并分析酶底物法的主要影响因素。研究表明,在粪大肠菌群检测中,酶底物法结果与传统的多管发酵法相关性很好,温度是酶底物法的主要影响因素。酶底物法操作简便,适用于突发环境事件的应急监测。 In recent years,enzyme substrate method has been widely applied in the detection and analysis of total coliform group,fecal coliform group,and Escherichia coli in water quality,effectively responding to sudden environmental events.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of enzyme substrate method and multi-tube fermentation method,this paper experimentally verifies the correlation between the detection results of the two methods and analyzes the main influencing factors of enzyme substrate method.Research has shown that in the detection of fecal coliform group,the results of enzyme substrate method are highly correlated with traditional multi-tube fermentation method,and temperature is the main influencing factor of enzyme substrate method.The enzyme substrate method is easy to operate and suitable for emergency monitoring of sudden environmental events.
