磨辊是水泥生产设备立磨的核心部件之一,磨辊运行的好坏直接影响立磨的整机性能。轴承损坏、磨辊油温居高不下、磨辊漏油等问题影响磨辊的运转,磨辊在运行中常出现卡死现象。返修的磨辊在使用过程中受到物料的挤压,会造成轮毂变形、轴承卡死,无法拆卸。为了快速、便捷、高效地拆卸磨辊,徐州中材装备重型机械有限公司设计了1台500t自制卧式压力机。本文以TRM型立磨为例,分析维修磨辊时拆卸轴承的方法,以降低磨辊维修成本。

The grinding roller is one of the core components of the vertical mill in cement production equipment,and the operation of the grinding roller directly affects the overall performance of the vertical mill.Problems such as bearing damage,high oil temperature of the grinding roller,and oil leakage from the grinding roller often affect the operation of the grinding roller,resulting in jamming during operation.The repaired grinding roller is compressed by materials during use,which can cause deformation of the wheel hub,seizure of the bearings,and inability to disassemble.In order to quickly,conveniently,and efficiently disassemble the grinding rollers,Sinoma Technology(Xuzhou)Heavy Machine Co.,Ltd.has designed a 500 t self-made horizontal press.Taking the TRM vertical mill as an example,this paper analyzes the method of disassembling bearings when repairing grinding rollers,in order to reduce the cost of grinding roller maintenance.
