摘要
为提高烧结混合料和烧结成品矿成分样的取样频度和及时性,不锈钢生产企业新增在线元素分析仪,用于烧结矿化学成分在线分析,进而提升烧结矿质量。分析仪含有中子发生器,运行产生的电离辐射对人体具有损伤作用,因此须对分析仪进行辐射环境影响评价。研究结果表明,分析仪各防护系统防护性能良好,分析作业不会对周围环境产生明显辐射影响;项目采取较为完善的辐射防护措施,形成的辐射安全管理体系比较完整。
In order to improve the sampling frequency and timeliness of sintered mixture and sintered finished ore composition samples,stainless steel production enterprises have added online element analyzers for online analysis of chemical composition of sintered ore,thereby improving the quality of sintered ore.The analyzer contains a neutron generator,and the ionizing radiation generated during operation has a harmful effect on the human body,therefore,it is necessary to conduct a radiation environmental impact assessment on the analyzer.The research results indicate that the protective performance of each protective system of the analyzer is good,and the analysis operation will not have a significant radiation impact on the surrounding environment;the project adopts relatively comprehensive radiation protection measures and forms a relatively complete radiation safety management system.
