摘要
膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺流程短,集成度与自动化程度高,产水水质良好,产水消毒后可直接回用,占地空间小,其广泛应用在地埋式污水处理厂的建设中。本文以兰州市盐场污水处理厂扩建工程为例,分析MBR工艺设计,总结地埋式污水处理厂MBR工艺调试经验。调试运行数据显示,出水化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的平均值分别为24.00 mg/L、6.00 mg/L、1.53 mg/L、9.40 mg/L、0.16 mg/L,均显著优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,污水处理厂可稳定、可靠地运行。
Membrane bioreactor(MBR)has a short process flow,high integration and automation level,and the produced water has good water quality and can be directly reused after disinfection,it occupies a small space and is widely used in the construction of underground sewage treatment plants.Taking the expansion project of Lanzhou Yanchang Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,this paper analyzes the MBR process design and summarizes the experience of MBR process debugging of underground sewage treatment plants.The debugging and operation data show that the average values of effluent chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)),five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5)),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)are 24.00 mg/L,6.00 mg/L,1.53 mg/L,9.40 mg/L and 0.16 mg/L respectively,which are significantly better than the ClassⅠA standard in the"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB 18918—2002),and the sewage treatment plant can operate stably and reliably.
