摘要
新时代学校实施劳动教育工作,对全面深化教改工作、贯彻落实教育强国方略、优化育人质量、推动学生综合发展等层面有着重大理论价值及实践意蕴。然而,现阶段学校劳动教育普遍存在教育观念脱离高校育人目标、劳动教育内容体系建设不够完善以及劳动教育资源分散化等问题。基于此,新时代学校若想促进劳动教育顺利实施,需要转变劳动教育观念,契合人才培养的新目标;改善教育内容供给,构建完善教育内容体系;积极整合教育资源,加强劳动教育工作实效,切实提高劳动教育实际效果。
The implementation of labor education in schools in the new era has great theoretical value and practical implications for comprehensively deepening the education reform,implementing the strategy of strengthening education,optimizing the quality of education,and promoting the comprehensive development of students.However,at the present stage,there are many problems in school labor education,such as the separation of educational concepts from the educational objectives of colleges and universities,the imperfect construction of labor education content system,and the decentralization of labor education resources.Based on this,if schools in the new era want to promote the smooth implementation of labor education,they need to change the concept of labor education and meet the new goal of talent training;improve the supply of educational content and build and improve the system of educational content;actively integrate educational resources,strengthen the effectiveness of labor education,and effectively improve the actual effect of labor education.
