高校青年教师教学领导力提升路径探讨 被引量:1

摘要 高校青年教师是高校新生态教育力量的根本保障,目前高校青年教师教学领导力主要由道德领导力、教学领导力和团队领导力三方面构成,但受到青年教师自身意识不足和校园环境氛围等诸多因素的持续性影响,使得高校青年教师的教学领导力并未被完善建构。对此,建议青年教师自发优化自身对教学领导力的认知,建立正确的领导观念并积极实现。校方则要建构正确的校园氛围,帮助青年教师树立集年轻、严肃为一体的全新教学领导力,以提升青年教师的教学质量。 Young teachers in colleges and universities are the fundamental guarantee of the new ecological education strength in colleges and universities.At present,the teaching leadership of young teachers in colleges and universities mainly consists of moral leadership,teaching leadership and team leadership.However,due to the continuous impact of many factors such as the lack of awareness of young teachers and the campus environment atmosphere,the teaching leadership of young teachers in colleges and universities has not been fully constructed.In this regard,it is suggested that young teachers should spontaneously optimize their understanding of teaching leadership,and the school should build a correct campus atmosphere to help young teachers establish a new teaching leadership that integrates youth and seriousness,so as to improve the teaching quality of young teachers.
