ACQ防腐木检测试验及分析研究

The Performance Testing and Analysis Research of ACQ Preservative Wood

通过对国内华北、华东、东北、华南等不同地区购买的同一级别的ACQ防腐木材以及实验室自制的ACQ-3防腐木材进行透入度、载药量、失重率的检测试验,测试其耐腐蚀性能,分析得出载药量高透入度低比载药量低透入度高的耐腐效果好,二者同时具备效果最佳。对比《防腐木材使用分类和要求》(GB/T27651-2011),结合我国目前防腐木使用的影响因素,主要包括地域、使用环境、使用领域、使用年限等,提出对现有ACQ防腐木材质量评价体系的改进意见。

By testing the penetration,drug loading and weight loss rate of ACQ-3 preservative wood of the same level purchased from different regions of north China,east China,northeast China and south China as well as ACQ-3 preservative wood made by the laboratory,the corrosion resistance was tested.It was analyzed that high drug loading and low penetration had better corrosion resistance than low drug loading and high penetration,and both had the best effect.Compared with"classification and requirements for the use of preservative wood"(GB/T27651-2011),based on the influence factors of the use of preservative wood at present,the author mainly proposed the improvement of the quality evaluation system of ACQ preservative wood,including the region,the environment,the fields and the service life.
