摘要
针对传统预制混凝土箱梁生产工艺存在效率低、成本高、成型质量波动大等缺点,研发了一种预制混凝土箱梁顶板用自动抹面装置,包括辊筒、抹盘、刮板和喷雾四个功能模块,并设有控制系统接收模块传感器信号,通过PLC输出工艺控制指令。工程应用效果表明:该装置作业效率较高、操控灵活,且成型质量较好,显著降低了预制混凝土箱梁抹灰劳动强度和人工成本,为现场智能施工提供了较好的解决方案和技术手段,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
In response to the shortcomings of low efficiency,high cost,and large quality fluctuations in the traditional construction process of precast concrete box girder,an automatic smoothing device is developed for precast box girder,including four functional units,such as roller,squeegee,scraper and spray.A control system is used to receive the sensors of the above-mentioned units and the process control instructions is output through PLC.The engineering application shows that the device is efficient,flexible and has good molding quality,which greatly reduces the labor intensity and cost.It provides an effective solution and technical means for intelligent construction on site,and has important application and promotion value.
