生物质燃烧过程中结渣行为的研究进展

摘要 生物质是一种清洁、低廉、可再生的新能源,其利用过程中二氧化碳的排放几乎为零,对于我国实现“双碳”目标具有非常重要的意义。直接燃烧是生物质利用的主要方式之一,然而生物质在燃烧过程中存在的结渣问题限制了其进一步的应用。本文从结渣现象的概念入手,介绍了生物质结渣判别和预测的指标,概述了常见的结渣研究方法和技术,然后从燃料特性、运行条件和锅炉结构等方面重点分析了生物质燃烧过程中结渣行为的影响因素并总结了结渣机理,最后就目前生物质结渣行为研究中存在的问题提出了展望。 Biomass is a kind of clean,low-cost and renewable new energy.The carbon dioxide emission during its utilization is almost zero,which therefore is of great significance for China to achieve the goal of“double carbon”.Direct combustion is one of the main ways of biomass utilization,but the slagging problem of biomass during combustion limits its further application.The concept of slagging phenomenon,judgment and prediction indexes of biomass slagging was introduced and then the common research methods and technologies were summarized.The influencing factors of slagging behavior were analyzed in detail from the perspectives of biomass fuel characteristics,operating conditions and boiler structures,and the slagging mechanism was then summarized.Finally,the research prospects in light of the problems existing in the current research of biomass slagging were summarized and put forward.
