耐热陶瓷研究现状及发展趋势

摘要 耐热陶瓷材料具有热膨胀系数低、强度高、耐腐蚀、热稳定性好等诸多优点,在热加工、冶金、窑具等领域得到了广泛应用。我国学者较早就开始了对耐热陶瓷的研究,并取得一系列的研究成果,常见的耐热陶瓷主要是锂质耐热陶瓷、堇青石耐热陶瓷、莫来石复相耐热陶瓷,后期出现了各类复相耐热陶瓷。随着研究不断深入,人们对耐热陶瓷材料的要求越来越高,近些年,研究人员开始对耐热陶瓷材料改性感兴趣。基于此,本文对当前耐热陶瓷的种类、研究现状、耐热陶瓷的改性研究进行了综述,并分析了当前耐热陶瓷依然存在的问题,探讨了进一步的研究方向。 Heat-resistant ceramic materials have many advantages,such as low coefficient of thermal expansion,high strength,corrosion resistance,good thermal stability,etc.,and have been widely used in hot processing,metallurgy,kiln furniture and other fields.Chinese scholars have started the research on heat-resistant ceramics early,and have made a series of research results,the common heat-resistant ceramics are mainly lithium heat-resistant ceramics,cordierite heatresistant ceramics,mullite composite heat-resistant ceramics,all kinds of composite heat-resistant ceramics appear in the later period,with the deepening of research,people's requirements for heat-resistant ceramic materials are higher and higher,in recent years,Researchers have become interested in heat-resistant ceramic materials.Heat-resistant ceramic materials have also become one of the important research hotspots in the field of ceramics.For this reason,the types of current heatresistant ceramics,research status,and research on the modification of heat-resistant ceramics were reviewed,and the problems still existing in the current heat-resistant ceramics were analyzed,and further research directions were discussed.
