摘要
对紫藤(Wisteria sinensis(Sims)Sweet.)根的化学成分进行分离,通过硅胶、ODS、凝胶柱色谱及HPLC制备色谱等分离方法对紫藤根的乙酸乙酯部位及水部位进行了化学成分分离,通过HPLC、1HNMR(600MHz,DMSO-d6)、13CNMR(150MHz,DMSO-d6)等方法确认所得单体化学结构,分离得到6个化合物单体,分别为鸢尾苷(1)、鸢尾黄素7-O-β-D-(6”-O-乙酰基)-葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷、紫藤苷、biochaninA7-O-glucoside、7-O-(6”-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-6,4’-dimethoxy-5-hydroxyflavone。其中化合物6为首次从紫藤药材中分离得到。
