药事管理与法规这门课程的精髓是培养学生在实际工作中保证药品质量,保障人民用药安全的能力。课程涉及药学事业的各个领域和岗位,因此该课程的教学须从药事相关的岗位要求出发,重视岗位实训教学,与药学事业相关岗位群工作相结合,对课程的相关知识和技能进行重新整合,同时结合实际情况开展不同的系统化设计,最后建立起以工作过程系统化为基础的课程方案。

The essence of pharmacy management and regulation is to train students to ensure drug quality and drug safety in their actual work.The course involves all fields and posts of pharmacy.Therefore,the teaching of this course starts from the requirements of pharmacy related posts,attaches importance to post training teaching,combines with the work of pharmacy related post groups,and re integrates relevant knowledge and skills of the course,A number of systematic design work processes are formed,and finally a systematic curriculum design based on the work process is formed.
