摘要
为解决堇青石陶瓷烧成温度高的问题,以高岭土、硅灰和烧结镁砂为主要原料,以氧化钇(Y_(2)O_(3))为烧结助剂,采用原位固相反应烧结法制备堇青石陶瓷,主要研究氧化钇的掺量和烧成温度对试样物理性能、矿物组成和微观结构的影响。结果表明,烧成温度为1300℃,氧化钇掺量为3%(质量分数,下同)的条件下,试样的体积密度为1.74 g/cm^(3),显气孔率为32.60%,耐压强度为57.09 MPa。由试样的X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析可知,掺杂氧化钇可促进堇青石相的合成过程,微观结构显示试样中有大量相互交错的短柱状堇青石且晶体发育良好,实现了堇青石相的低温合成。
In order to solve the problem of high firing temperature of cordierite ceramics,cordierite ceramics was prepared by in situ reaction sintering method using kaolin,sintered magnesia and silica ash as the main raw materials,and Y_(2)O_(3) was used as the sintering agent.The effects of yttrium oxide content and sintering temperature on the physical properties,mineral composition and microstructure of the samples were studied.The results showed that the bulk density of the sample was 1.74 g/cm^(3),the apparent porosity was 32.60%,and the compressive strength was 57.09 MPa when the content of yttrium oxide was 3%at the sintering temperature of 1300℃.XRD and SEM analysis of the samples showed that the introduction of yttrium oxide could promote the synthesis process of cordierite phase.The microstructure showed that there were a large number of interlacing short columnar cordierite in the sample and the crystal development was good,which realized the synthesis of cordierite phase at low temperature.
