低频重复经颅磁刺激联合电针治疗精神分裂症幻听患者的疗效及对其社会功能的影响

Effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia with auditory hallucinations and its impact on social function

目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激联合电针治疗精神分裂症幻听患者的疗效及对其社会功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月赣州市第三人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症幻听患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组实施盐酸齐拉西酮+低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用电针治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床症状、社会功能及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于本组治疗前,社会功能评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的PANSS评分低于对照组,社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激联合电针治疗精神分裂症幻听患者,能提高临床治疗效果,降低阳性与阴性症状及不良反应发生率,改善社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia with auditory hallucinations and its impact on social function.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations admitted to Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou were selected as the research subjects from January 2021 to June 2022,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Ziprasidone Hydrochloride+low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 2 courses.The total effective rate,clinical symptoms,social function and adverse reactions of patients of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of patients of both groups were lower than those before treatment,the social function score was higher than that before treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,the social function score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and electroacupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia with auditory hallucinations can improve clinical treatment efficacy,reduce positive and negative symptom,incidence of adverse reactions,and improve social function.
