基于智谋理论下护理措施在喉癌术后放疗患者中的应用评价

Evaluation of the application of nursing measures based on resourcefulness theory on postoperative radiotherapy patients with laryngeal carcinoma

目的探讨智谋理论下护理措施在喉癌术后放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年10月泰安市肿瘤防治院的70例喉癌术后放疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)与试验组(35例)。对照组行常规护理,试验组行智谋理论下护理。比较两组的生活质量得分和免疫功能指标变化情况。结果试验组生活质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)均高于对照组,免疫球蛋白M(IgM)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉癌术后放疗患者行智谋理论下护理干预,能够获得较好的护理效果,改善患者生活质量和免疫功能,推广应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing measures based on resourcefulness theory on postoperative radiotherapy patients with laryngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 70 patients with laryngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy after laryngectomy in Tai'an Cancer Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,all patients were randomly assigned to control group(35 cases)and research group(35 cases).The patients in control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in research group were given nursing based on resourcefulness theory.The scores of the life quality in research group and the immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the life quality in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD3+immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)were higher than those in the control group,and immunoglobulin M(IgM)was lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing interventionbased on resourcefulness theory of laryngeal carcinoma patients with postoperative radiotherapy can obtain better nursing effect,improve the quality of life,enhance the body's immune function of patients,and have high application value.
