无痛电子结肠镜下息肉切除术无缝隙护理配合方案的构建与应用

Construction and application of seamless nursing plan for painless electronic colonoscopy polyp resection

目的探讨在无痛电子结肠镜下息肉切除术中实行无缝隙护理配合方案的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年10月宜春市人民医院收治的86例行无痛电子结肠镜下息肉切除术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用无缝隙护理方法。比较两组的焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、临床指标、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血氧饱和度、心率和住院时间均低于对照组,而平均动脉压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用无缝隙护理配合方案有效改善无痛电子结肠镜息肉切除术患者的临床症状,降低并发症发生率,护理满意度提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing cooperation scheme in painless electronic colonoscopy polypectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients with painless electronic colonoscopic polypectomy admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the observation group used seamless nursing methods.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the mean arterial pressure was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing cooperation program can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients undergoing painless electronic colonoscopy polypectomy,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
