摘要
胃癌是全球第五大最常见的恶性肿瘤,在癌症相关死因中居第四位[1]。尽管最近数十年来胃癌总体发病率有所下降,但其中胃印戒细胞癌(gastric signet ring cell carcinoma,GSRCC)的发病率却在不断上升。在美国的报道中,GSRCC约占胃腺癌病例的25%~35%[2⁃3]。GSRCC是典型的弥漫浸润性胃癌,具有分化程度低、侵袭性强、易发生淋巴结转移、预后差等特点[4],但结直肠转移较少见。
