加压流体萃取-GC/MS/MS法测定土壤中21种SVOCs方法研究

摘要 利用加压流体装置萃取,用气相色谱/三重四级杆质谱联用仪(GC/MS/MS)对土壤中21种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)进行测定。优化条件下,在0.2~5.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,21种组分相关系数范围为0.9956~0.9999;当土壤取样量为20.0 g时,21种SVOCs的检出限范围为0.002~0.01 mg/kg;两种不同浓度空白加标样的相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为0.3%~8.9%;加标回收率范围为79.0%~115.2%。用建立的方法分析了盐城市某国控点位土壤SVOCs,结果显示该样品中共检出硝基苯、2,4-二氯苯酚、萘、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、2,4-二硝基苯酚、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯、苯并(a)蒽、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、苯并(a)芘和二苯并(a,h)蒽等10种半挥发性有机物。 The determination of 21 Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds(SVOCs)in soil was carried out by chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC/MS/MS).Under the optimized conditions,the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.2~5.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients of 21 components was 0.9956~0.9999。When the soil sample amount was 20.0 g,the detection limit of 21 SVOCs was 0.002~0.01 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the two blank supplementary samples with different concentrations was 0.3%~8.9%.The spiked recoveries was 79.0%~115.2%.The established method was used to analyze the soil SVOCs of a national control site in Yancheng City.The results showed that a total of 10 SVOCs were detected in the sample,including nitrobenzene,2,4-dichlorophenol,naphthalene,2,4,6-trichlorophenol,2,4-dinitrophenol,butylbenzyl phthalate,benzoanthracene,bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,benzoa(a)pyrene and dibenzoanthracene etc.
