缆索吊装系统H型钢塔架设计研究

摘要 针对拱桥缆索吊装斜拉扣挂系统分离式塔架施工周期长、用钢量大和以圆钢管作为立柱在运输过程中占用空间大、运输困难、施工成本高等问题,以杆件和节点应力、整体位移、整体和局部稳定性作为控制条件,设计提出了一种以H型钢作为立柱新型主扣合一式缆索吊装系统塔架。H型钢具有翼缘宽、侧向刚度大、力学性能好、抗弯能力强等优点,为充分利用H型钢平行翼缘,该塔架杆件间采用节点板连接,方便拼接组合,重复利用率高;通过对新型塔架整体和局部计算和实际工程校验,该新型塔架在施工过程中能够满足强度、刚度、稳定性要求,且整体结构占用空间小、运输方便,可大量节省施工成本。该新型塔架可在桥梁施工中推广应用。 Aiming at the problems of long construction period,large steel consumption,large space occupation,difficult transportation,and high construction cost of the separated tower of the cable-stayed cable-stayed system for arch bridge cable hoisting,and the use of round steel pipes as columns during transportation,this paper uses the stress of rods and joints.The overall displacement,the overall and local stability as the control conditions,a new type of main buckle one-type cable hoisting system tower with H-section steel as the column is proposed.H-section steel has the advantages of wide flange,high lateral stiffness,good mechanical properties,and strong bending resistance.In order to make full use of the parallel flange of H-section steel,the tower members are connected by gusset plates,which is convenient for splicing and combination,and can be reused.Highthrough the calculation and actual engineering verification of the whole and part of the new tower,the new tower can meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability during the construction process.In addition,the overall structure occupies a small space and is convenient for transportation,which can save a lot of construction costs.The new tower can be popularized and applied in the construction of bridges.
