基于收费数据的高速公路路网运行状态评估方法研究

摘要 长期以来,高速公路由于前端感知能力有限,导致路网运行状态的评估精度和覆盖广度不足。在全国撤销高速公路省界收费站后,得益于大规模建设的ETC收费系统,高速公路感知能力大幅提升,为此,提出一种收费数据驱动的路网运行状态评估分析方法。首先,将收费数据与GIS路网数据、收费站基础数据等多源数据进行关联融合,通过点位上下游关系和车牌信息检索对车辆在高速公路上的通行路径进行时空还原,从而计算出车辆在各路段区间上的行驶速度,作为运行状态评估的基础要素。其次,以速度为核心构建“点-线-面”层次化的路网运行评价指标体系,基于路网层级关系设计指标算法对各项指标进行汇聚计算,并通过与高德历史路况数据进行实证对比,验证评估方法的可靠性。最后,将计算方法实践应用于高速公路路网运行指数分析系统,实现对高速公路运行状态的全方位、全天候的动态监测。 After the nationwide removal of toll stations at provincial borders on expressways,the perception capability of expressways has greatly improved,thanks to the large-scale implementation of the Electronic Toll Collection(ETC)system.In this paper,we proposed a toll-based data-driven approach for assessing and analyzing the running status of the road network.Firstly,toll data is integrated and correlated with GIS road network data and basic toll station data from multiple sources.Through the retrieval of upstream-downstream relationships and license plate information,the spatiotemporal reconstruction of vehicle travel paths on the highways is performed.Consequently,the travel speeds of vehicles on each road segment are calculated as fundamental elements for operational status evaluation.Secondly,a hierarchical"point-line-area"evaluation index system is constructed with speed as the core.Indicator algorithms are designed based on the hierarchical relationship of the road network to aggregate and compute various indicators.The reliability of the evaluation method is verified by comparing it with historical road condition data from Amap.Lastly,the proposed computational method is applied in a expressways network running index analysis system,enabling comprehensive,real-time monitoring of the running status of expressways in all weather conditions.
