摘要
通过对影响白酒灌装柔性化生产关键设备的模块化设计和管理,可替换零部件的类别化管理的探究,在保证生产线效率和产品质量的前提下,实现生产线各类产品柔性化生产的需要,避免传统生产线改造调试造成的包材损耗、设备和包材适配差等问题。
Through the research on the modular design and management of key equipment affecting the flexible production of Baijiu filling,and the classification management of replaceable parts,on the premise of ensuring the production line efficiency and product quality,the need for flexible production of various products in the production line is realized,and problems such as packaging material loss,equipment and packaging material mismatch caused by the transformation and commissioning of the traditional production line are avoided.
