摘要
近年来我国制鞋领域创新主体加大了对技术成果的专利保护,而专利检索是实现专利保护的重要环节。文章从数据库的特点出发,探讨了如何根据技术方案以及申请人类型来快速命中对比文件;从技术方案的发明构思出发,探讨了如何精准地获取分类号,以及如何扩展关键词以实现高效的专利检索。
In recent years,the main innovators in the field of shoemaking in our country have increased the patent protection of technical achievements,and patent retrieval is an important link to realize patent protection.Based on the characteristics of databases,the article discusses how to quickly hit the contrast files according to the technical scheme and the type of applicants.Based on the invention conception of the technical scheme,the article discusses how to obtain the classification numbers accurately and how to expand the key words to realize the efficient patent retrieval.
