Affected by today’s intricate employment environment,there are some problems in the employment process of leather major college students.Based on this,the article takes the employment situation of college students majoring in leather as the research objective,expounds the employment direction and scope of college students majoring in leather,analyzes the existing problems in the employment of college students majoring in leather according to the research results,and combines the characteristics of leather majors.Then the article puts forward the employment guidance strategy of leather major college students from three aspects:constructing career goals,improving job matching and expanding employment channels.In order to provide reference suggestions for the employment of college students majoring in leather through the research.
