摘要
为了提升服装定制的体验感,基于唐纳德·A.诺曼的设计心理学理论,从用户体验的角度出发,分析了目前部分服装定制商家提供的定制服务存在的问题,总结了用户在服装定制流程中的触点,并从这些触点出发思考如何通过服装本身和定制服务来提升用户的定制体验。通过分析研究,提出了优化服装定制产品架构、提供更好的DIY工具、提升定制售后服务等提升服装定制用户体验感的方法。希望通过此研究,为服装定制服务企业未来服务的升级作参考。
In order to improve the experience of clothing customization,the article analyzes the existing problems in the customization services provided by some clothing customization merchants,summarizes the user's touch points in the clothing customization process,and considers how to improve the user's customization experience through the clothing itself and customization service based on the design psychology theory of Donald A.Norman and the perspective of user experience.Then puts forward some methods to improve the user experience of clothing customization,such as optimizing the product architecture of clothing customization,providing better DIY tools,and improving after-sales service through investigation.It is hoped to provide reference for the future service upgrade of clothing customization service enterprises by the study.
