成骨细胞介导的相关信号通路在老年骨质疏松症中的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 老年骨质疏松症是临床上常见的与年龄相关的代谢性骨病,且患病率逐年升高,对骨质疏松症病理机制的研究已倍受临床关注。目前研究已证实骨形成和骨吸收失衡导致骨量减少是老年骨质疏松症的主要病理机制,其中骨形成过程中又与成骨细胞增殖、外基质成熟、骨基质矿化障碍密切相关,而且可能涉及成骨细胞与不同相关信号通路之间的相互关联。本文就成骨细胞及其介导的相关信号通路在老年骨质疏松症中的作用机制做一综述,以期为老年骨质疏松症的病理机制研究和治疗提供新的思路。 Senile osteoporosis is a common metabolic bone disease associated with age,and the prevalence rate increases year by year.The research on the pathological mechanism of osteoporosis has attracted much clinical attention.Current studies have confirmed that bone loss caused by bone formation and bone resorption imbalance is the main pathological mechanism of osteoporosis,in which the process of bone formation is closely related to osteoblast proliferation,extracellular matrix maturation and bone matrix mineralization disorders,and may involve the correlation between osteoblasts and different related signaling pathways.This paper reviews the mechanism of osteoblasts and their mediated signaling pathways in senile osteoporosis,with a view to providing new ideas for the study and treatment of senile osteoporosis’s pathological mechanism.
