摘要
蓬莱是一座令人神往的历史文化名城。蓬莱作为神山的名字,始于战国时期,《山海经·海内北经》中记载:“蓬莱山在海中,上有仙人,宫室皆以金玉为之,鸟兽尽白,望之如云,在渤海中也”。《史记·武帝纪》记载:“建章宫中,建大液,中有蓬莱、方丈、瀛洲,像海中神山龟鱼之属”。从齐威王开始,到秦皇汉武求仙活动的高潮迭起,广泛传颂着各类的神话传说。
Once upon a time,due to the frequent appearance of mirages,a legend began to spread among folks that in the sea there were three mountains where immortals live.Everything on the mountains was white;the palaces was made of pure gold and silver;the fruits growing on the tall trees,once eaten,could make people live forever.
