基于环境适宜性的高层银行办公场所构建——农行温州分行大楼建筑设计

Construction of High-Rise Bank Office Space Based on Environmental Suitability:The Architectural Design of Agricultural Bank of China Wenzhou Branch

面对当代银行办公建筑新需求,以及如何塑造环境适宜性高层建筑的挑战,本文以农行温州分行大楼建筑设计为例,对基于积极回应基地环境、理性有序的空间组织、传统意象的统合、生态策略的介入等多维度融合的高层银行办公建筑设计进行了回顾,就适宜性建筑空间塑造与环境关系层面,给出了具体的实践应答。

Faced with the new demands of contemporary bank office buildings and the challenge of shaping buildings with real environmental suitability,taking the Agricultural Bank of China Wenzhou Branch as an example,this paper reviews the multi-dimensionally integrated design of highrise bank office space from the positive response to the base environment,rational and orderly spatial organisation,integration of traditional imagery,and intervention of ecological strategies.Specific practical responses are given in terms of the relationship between suitability architectural space shaping and the environment.
