主动磁悬浮轴承在余热发电机的应用分析

摘要 随着我国能源结构的不断调整,可再生能源发电技术逐渐发展并得到广泛应用。余热发电技术是利用工业生产过程中排放的热量和生产过程中产生的高温高压蒸汽,经锅炉转换后得到稳定可靠的蒸汽,再经汽轮机、发电机转换成电能。在余热发电系统中,有相当一部分设备采用了磁悬浮轴承。磁悬浮轴承是一种不依靠任何传统机械连接的新型智能轴承,它没有传统轴承固有的摩擦、磨损、发热等问题,可在更宽的转速范围内保持稳定的工作状态,因此其具有独特的优势。利用磁悬浮技术可以有效地消除机械磨损和机械摩擦,提高系统的可靠性和稳定性。随着社会对能源需求的增加和环境保护意识的增强,人们对能源效率提出了更高的要求,磁悬浮轴承系统由于具有显著的节能效果和较高的安全性而成为研究热点之一。本文通过对主动磁悬浮轴承工作原理与特点的介绍,结合实际工程应用分析了主动磁悬浮轴承在余热发电中应用所面临的问题和解决措施,以期为以后工程应用提供参考。 With the continuous adjustment of China's energy structure,renewable energy power generation technology has gradually developed and been widely used.Waste heat power generation technology is to use the heat discharged in the industrial production process and the high temperature and high pressure steam generated in the production process,and obtain stable and reliable steam after conversion by boilers,and then convert into electrical energy by steam turbines and generators.In the waste heat power generation system,a considerable part of the equipment uses magnetic bearings.Magnetic bearing is a new type of intelligent bearing that does not rely on any traditional mechanical connection,which does not have the inherent friction,wear,heating and other problems of traditional bearings,and can maintain a stable working state in a wider speed range,so it has unique advantages.The use of magnetic levitation technology can effectively eliminate mechanical wear and friction,and improve the reliability and stability of the system.With the increase of social demand for energy and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,people have put forward higher requirements for energy efficiency,and magnetic bearing systems have become one of the research hotspots due to their significant energy-saving effect and high safety.Through the introduction of the working principle and characteristics of active magnetic bearings,this paper analyzes the problems and solutions faced by the application of active magnetic bearings in waste heat power generation in combination with practical engineering applications,in order to provide reference for future engineering applications.
