高职院校轨道交通类专业人才的工匠精神培育

随着轨道交通智能化发展,地铁运维模式也发生了改变,高职院校轨道交通类专业人才需要适应新技术的需求,应具备更加全面的知识、能力和职业素养。本文以城市轨道交通“全自动运行+智能运维”发展方向为背景,梳理了新型运维模式下轨道交通类专业人才的工匠精神培养的重要性,并针对工匠精神培育面临技术更新快、实践经验和校企合作不足等问题,提出轨道交通类专业人才工匠精神培育措施,为轨道交通专业人才培养提供支持和指导。

With the intelligent development of rail transit,the operation and maintenance mode of subway has also changed,and rail transit professionals in vocational colleges and universities need to adapt to the needs of new technologies and should have more comprehensive knowledge,ability and professional quality.Based on the development direction of"fully automatic operation+intelligent operation and maintenance"of urban rail transit,this paper sorts out the importance of craftsman spirit training of rail transit professionals under the new operation and maintenance mode,and puts forward the path and measures for the cultivation of craftsman spirit for rail transit professionals in view of the problems of rapid technological updating,practical experience and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,so as to provide support and guidance for the training of rail transit professionals.
