产教融合背景下现代学徒制人才培养模式的现状与困境对策

党的二十大报告提出的“产教融合”,再次明确了我国职业教育的发展方向。而贯彻落实现代学徒制是实现产教融合的重要抓手,强化工学结合、校企合作,使人才培养更具针对性、实用性,以便更好地服务区域经济产业发展与升级。而在多年运行现代学徒人才培养模式中,随着产业不断发展,校企双方也受到了诸多阻碍。要想明确高职院校实行现代学徒制遇到的困境,就要透彻分析现状与困难,制定与之对应的对策,确保现代学徒制人才培养模式发挥自身价值。

The"integration of industry and education"proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again clarifies the development direction of vocational education in China.The implementation of the modern apprenticeship system is an important starting point for realizing the integration of industry and education,strengthening the integration of engineering and learning,school-enterprise cooperation,and making talent training more targeted and practical,so as to better serve the development and upgrading of regional economy and industry.In the modern apprenticeship talent training model for many years,with the continuous development of the industry,both schools and enterprises have also encountered many obstacles.In order to clarify the dilemma encountered in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges,it is necessary to thoroughly analyze the current situation and difficulties,formulate corresponding countermeasures,and ensure that the modern apprenticeship talent training model plays its own value.
