提质培优行动计划下高职院校“双师型”教师专业化发展标准建设

摘要 教师队伍专业化发展是实现职业教育高质量发展的关键所在。教师专业化水平在一定程度上影响着人才培养的质量,为解决当前职业教育教师专业化发展的窘境,结合职业院校教师成长规律,将教师职业发展划分为合格教师、骨干教师、专业带头人和教学名师四个阶段,并制定每个阶段相应的发展标准,旨在帮助教师从“新手教师”逐步成长为“专业教师”,促进教师的职业能力提升,进而提高高技能人才培养的质量。 The professional development of teachers is the key to achieving high-quality development of vocational education.In order to solve the dilemma of the current professional development of vocational education teachers,combined with the growth law of teachers in vocational colleges,the professional development of teachers is divided into four stages:qualified teachers,backbone teachers,professional leaders and famous teachers,and the corresponding development standards for each stage are formulated,which is designed to help teachers gradually grow from“novice teachers”to“professional teachers”,promote the improvement of teachers'professional ability,and then improve the quality of high-skilled personnel training.
