摘要
当今社会,职业教育不仅需要对接市场进行校企合作,也要满足国家对教育的要求,因此研究校企合作模式下课程思政的建设有很重要的意义。本文以吉利汽车产业学院校企合作模式为例,结合课程思政四要素,通过问卷调查、实地走访等方式,分析梳理目前高等职业院校汽车类专业教师课程思政教学能力提升存在的问题,结合企业和学校实际,为吉利汽车产业学院课程思政提出几点建议,同时也为其他同类型的职业教育汽车产业学院提供可借鉴的理论依据。
In today's society,vocational education not only needs to connect with the market for school enterprise cooperation,but also needs to meet the national requirements for education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of curriculum ideological and political education under the school enterprise cooperation model.This paper takes the school enterprise cooperation mode of Geely Auto Automobile Industry College as an example,combines the four elements of curriculum ideological and political education,analyzes and combs the problems existing in the improvement of curriculum ideological and political education ability of teachers of automobile majors in higher vocational colleges through questionnaires,field visits,etc.,and puts forward several suggestions for curriculum ideological and political education of Geely Auto Automobile Industry College based on the actual situation of enterprises and schools.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for other vocational education automobile industry colleges of the same type to learn from.
