摘要
空压机是燃料电池发动机空气供应系统的核心部件之一,其性能好坏直接影响燃料电池系统的效率、动态性能、噪声等关键性能指标。高温、高寒、高原条件影响空压机入口的空气特性,进而影响空压机在“三高”环境条件下的工作特性。通过设计空压机三高环境试验方案并进行试验分析发现:高温条件下,相同转速空压机流量和压比降低,功率相应降低;低温环境下,相同转速空压机的流量和压比增大,功率相应增加;高原条件下,相同转速空压机流量和压比相应减小,功率相应降低。
Air compressor is one of the core components of fuel cell engine air supply system,and its performance directly affects the efficiency,dynamic performance,noise and other key performance indicators of fuel cell system.High temperature,cold and plateau conditions affect the air characteristics of the air compressor inlet,and then affect the working characteristics of the air compressor under the“three high”environmental conditions.Through the design of air compressor three-high environmental test scheme and test analysis,it is found that:under high temperature conditions,the flow rate and pressure ratio of air compressor at the same speed decrease,and the power decreases correspondingly;In low temperature environment,the flow rate and pressure ratio of the same speed air compressor increase,and the power increases correspondingly.Under the condition of plateau,the flow rate and pressure ratio of air compressor at the same speed decrease correspondingly,and the power decreases correspondingly.
