摘要
拉萨市作为全国著名的旅游城市,随着旅客的增多,交通压力也在与日俱增。交叉口作为城市道路的枢纽,改善交叉口的通行能力具有重要的意义。常见的改善方法为在交叉口口设立的公交专用道。但不是每个交叉口都能设立公交专用道,针对不同的交叉口,其车流量和公交车占比也不同,每个地区的公交专用道设立的指标和条件都不同。而本文便是以车流量饱和度和公交车占比为指标进行探究拉萨市公交专用道的设立标准,以江苏路与藏大西路交叉口为例,具体方法为先计算该交叉口的通行能力,然后在不同的饱和度下,利用VISSIM软件进行两次仿真,分别是有公交专用道的仿真和无公交专用道的仿真。通过两次仿真找到一个公交车占比阈值,该阈值为公交车专用道设立的指标。
As a famous tourist city in China,Lhasa is facing increasing traffic pressure with the increase of tourists.As the hub of urban roads,it is of great significance to improve the traffic capacity of intersections.The common improvement method is the bus lane set up at the intersection.However,not every intersection can set up bus lanes.For different intersections,the traffic flow and bus proportion are different,and the indicators and conditions for setting up bus lanes are different in each region.In this paper,the establishment standards of bus lanes in Lhasa are explored by taking the saturation of traffic flow and the proportion of buses as indicators.Taking the intersection of Jiangsu Road and Zangda West Road as an example,the specific method is to first calculate the traffic capacity of the intersection,and then use VISSIM software to conduct two simulations under different saturation,respectively,the simulation with bus lanes and the simulation without bus lanes.Through two simulations,a threshold of bus proportion is found,which is an indicator set up for bus lanes.
