风电机组参与一次调频的改进控制策略

摘要 风电机组常采用下垂控制和虚拟惯性控制参与电网一次调频,现有研究表明下垂系数和惯性系数设置不合理会影响调频的效果,因而提出一种基于多目标优化控制参数的改进控制策略。基于频率波动的平均频率偏差值,同时考虑频率趋于稳定的时间等影响调频效果的因素,构建惯性/下垂控制参数设置的多目标优化模型,采用遗传算法求解最优参数组合,通过与以最大频率偏差值为优化目标的调频结果进行对比,验证了所提方法在综合优化调频效果方面的有效性和优越性。 Wind turbines often use droop control and virtual inertial control to participate in the primary frequency regulation of the power grid.Existing studies show that unreasonable setting of droop coefficient and inertia coefficient will affect the effect of frequency modulation,so an improved control strategy based on multi-objective optimization control parameters is proposed.Based on the average frequency deviation value of frequency fluctuation and considering the factors affecting the frequency regulation effect such as the time when the frequency tends to be stable,a multi-objective optimization model for inertia/droop control parameter setting is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal parameter combination.By comparing with the FM results with the maximum frequency deviation value as the optimization goal,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in comprehensively optimizing the FM effect are verified.
