基于改进PID控制的远距离螺丝松紧装置

摘要 为了保证在带电状态下对电力设备及附属设施螺丝的松紧操作,设计了一种基于神经网络改进PID算法的远距离螺丝松紧装置。该装置主要由机械锁紧结构和操控机组成,机械锁紧结构固定在绝缘杆上,可在设备不停电状况下,远距离操作本装置,完成螺丝的松紧操作。为使机械结构转动平稳、紧固过程稳定,提出了基于神经网络的改进PID算法。在多种工况下实际测试使用,该螺丝松紧装置不仅可以在设备带电的状态下精准调节方向、高效对准螺丝孔,而且松紧过程平滑稳定。 In order to ensure the live loosening and tightening of the screws of power equipment and ancillary facilities,a remote screw loosening and tightening device based on the improved PID algorithm of neural network is designed.The device is mainly composed of a mechanical locking structure and a manipulator.The mechanical locking structure is fixed on the insulating rod,which can operate the device from a distance to complete the live tightening operation of the screw of the equipment.In order to make the mechanical structure rotate smoothly and the fastening process stable,an improved PID algorithm based on neural network is proposed.Tested and used under a variety of actual working conditions,the screw tightening device can not only accurately adjust the direction and efficiently align the screw holes when the equipment is live,but also the tightening process is smooth and stable.
