摘要
为了提高新能源电网供电的稳定性和可靠性,结合新能源发电波动特点,提出一套基于区间建模的新能源电网无功优化方案。该方案在实际运用中,首先,结合相关不确定参数,完成对区间无功优化模型的构建,并利用区间潮流算法,对区间潮流方程进行精确化求解,从而获得相应的状态变量区间,使得控制变量表现出较高的可靠性和可行性;然后,利用改进优化后的粒子群优化算法对区间无功优化模型进行精确化求解,使得算法寻优能力得以显著提升;最后,为了验证所提方案的可靠性和有效性,使用IEEE 14节点系统,采用仿真计算的方式,全面分析和对比该优化方案与自适应遗传算法、普通粒子群算法的差异性。仿真结果表明,与以上两种算法相比,所提出的改进粒子群的区间无功优化方案具有较高的寻优能力,还加快了收敛速度,提高了模型离散变量处理的有效性和可靠性。这说明所提出的优化方案不仅可以从根本上解决区间无功优化问题,还能确保新能源电网电压的稳定性。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of new energy grid power supply,combined with the fluctuation characteristics of new energy power generation,a set of reactive power optimization scheme of new energy grid based on interval modeling is proposed.Firstly,combined with the relevant uncertain parameters,the construction of the interval reactive power optimization model is completed.The interval power flow algorithm is used to accurately solve the interval power flow equation,so as to obtain the corresponding state variable interval,so that the control variable shows high reliability and feasibility.Then,the improved optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to accurately solve the interval reactive power optimization model,which significantly improves the optimization ability of the algorithm.Finally,in order to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed scheme,the IEEE 14-node system is used to comprehensively analyze and compare the differences between the optimization scheme and the adaptive genetic algorithm and ordinary particle swarm algorithm by using simulation calculation.The simulation results show that compared with the above two algorithms,the proposed interval reactive power optimization scheme of improved particle swarm has high optimization ability,accelerates the convergence speed,and improves the effectiveness and reliability of the discrete variable processing of the model.This shows that the proposed optimization scheme can not only fundamentally solve the problem of interval reactive power optimization,but also ensure the stability of the voltage of the new energy grid.
