4C延续+细节优化干预在纵隔镜下食管癌手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of 4C continuation + detail optimization intervention in patients with esophageal cancer surgery under mediastinoscopy

目的 探讨4C延续+细节优化干预在纵隔镜下食管癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 依据干预模式的不同将105例食管癌患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=55),对照组患者给予细节优化干预,观察组患者给予4C延续+细节优化干预。比较两组患者的情绪状态[流调中心抑郁量表(CESD)]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)]、并发症发生情况和满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者抑郁情绪、躯体症状、人际问题评分均低于本组干预前,积极情绪评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者抑郁情绪、躯体症状、人际问题评分均低于对照组,积极情绪评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者WHOQOL-100量表各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者WHOQOL-100量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为5.46%,低于对照组患者的22.00%(P﹤0.05);观察组患者的满意度为92.72%,明显高于对照组患者的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论 4C延续+细节优化干预可有效改善纵隔镜下食管癌手术患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of 4C continuation+detail optimization intervention in patients with esophageal cancer surgery under mediastinoscopy.Method A total of 105 esophageal cancer patients were divided into the control group(n=50,received detailed optimization intervention)and the observation group(n=55,received 4C continuation+detail optimization intervention).The emotional status[center for epidemiological studies depression scale(CESD)],quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)],complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After the intervention,the scores of depression,physical symptoms,and interpersonal problems in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of positive emotion were higher than those before the intervention,the scores of depression,physical symptoms,and interpersonal problems in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the score of positive emotion was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the WHOQOL-100 scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of each dimension of the WHOQOL-100 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.46%,lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.72%,significantly higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion 4C continuation+detail optimization intervention can effectively improve patients’negative emotion and quality of life in patients under mediastinoscopy for esophageal cancer surgery.
