基于德尔菲法构建静脉治疗护理质量评价指标体系

Construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for intravenous therapy based on Delphi method

目的 构建静脉输液治疗护理质量评价指标体系,为客观评价静脉输液治疗专科护理质量提供参考依据。方法 采用德尔菲法与层次分析法,并进行文献检索,以国家护理质量管理平台指标为基准,构建以三维质量结构模型“结构-过程-结果”为框架的静脉输液治疗护理质量评价指标体系。结果经过2轮专家咨询确定体系指标,2轮问卷有效回收率分别为92.3%、100%;2轮函询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.120、0.133(P<0.01);所有指标的重要性赋值均数>4,变异系数均<0.25。最终形成的评价指标体系包含3项一级指标、8项二级指标和41项三级指标。结论 本研究构建的静脉输液治疗护理质量评价指标体系科学合理,具有实用性及专科特色。对规范护士静脉治疗操作、持续改进静脉治疗护理质量具有指导意义。

Objective To establish an evaluation index system for the quality of nursing care in intravenous infusion therapy,and to provide a reference basis for objectively evaluating the quality of specialized nursing care in intravenous infusion therapy.Methods We used the Delphi method method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,and carried out literature retrieval.Based on the indicators of the national nursing quality management platform,we constructed a nursing quality evaluation index system for intravenous infusion treatment with the three-dimensional quality structure model"structure process result"as the framework.Results After two rounds of expert consultation to determine the system indicators,the eff ective response rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 92.3%and 100%,respectively;the Kendall harmony coeffi cients for two rounds of correspondence are 0.120 and 0.133,respectively(P<0.01).The mean importance assignment of all indicators was greater than 4,and the coeffi cient of variation was less than 0.25.The fi nal evaluation index system consists of 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators,and 41 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system for nursing quality of intravenous infusion therapy constructed in this study was scientifi c and reasonable,with practicality and specialized characteristics.It had guiding signifi cance for standardizing nurses'intravenous treatment procedures and continuously improving the quality of intravenous treatment nursing.
