冰箱自动开关门机构优化设计与测试

摘要 为提升冰箱门体的交互体验,设计了一种冰箱全自动开关门机构。该机构采用单一电机驱动,通过联动轮实现推杆顶门和旋转开门的高度集成,成本大幅降低。该机构的离合系统、悬停系统、驱动电机减速箱、转门系统等创新性设计,使其可以广泛适用于各种十字、法式和对开门冰箱,且可兼容传统单轴铰链、双轴铰链、多连杆铰链。通过仿真计算,确定了机构下壳的材质、转轴尺寸、连杆的材质和厚度,以及其他关键结构和尺寸。设计的自动开关门机构及其零部件具有很高的可靠性,通过了10万次开关门循环可靠性测试。机构内大部分零件采用注塑成型工艺,在确保可靠性的同时大幅降低成本,有利于冰箱自动开关门技术的推广和普及。 In order to improve the experience of opening and closing refrigerator doors,an automatic door opening and closing actuator for refrigerators was designed.The actuator is driven by just one motor.The push rod and the rotating system were highly realized through a linkage wheel,and the cost is greatly reduced.The innovative design of clutch system,hover system,drive motor reducer,and rotating system makes the actuator widely applicable to cross door refrigerator,French refrigerator,and side by side refrigerator.And the actuator is compatible with traditional single-axis hinges,biaxial hinges,and Multi-link hinges.Through simulation analysis and calculation,material of the lower shell and size of shaft was determined,material and thickness of the connecting rod was determined,and other key structures and sizes were also determined.The designed automatic refrigerator door opening and closing actuator passed 100,000 cycle reliability tests.It has high reliability.Most of the parts in the actuator are injection molded,which greatly reduces the cost while ensuring reliability.This is conducive to the promotion and popularization of automatic refrigerator door opening and closing technology.
