舱体对接螺栓扭拉系数影响因素试验研究

摘要 舱段对接是航天飞行器常见的一种连接形式,其主要通过舱段间螺栓施加预紧力实现舱段的连接。扭拉系数是确定预紧力与拧紧力矩之间关系的重要参数。本文采用对比试验的方法,对舱段对接螺栓连接中的螺栓规格、螺栓材料、螺母结构、螺母表面涂层以及拧紧速度等影响因素对扭拉系数的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明:相比螺栓,螺母和拧紧速度对于扭拉系数的变化具有更大影响。 Cabin docking is a common connection form of space vehicle,which is mainly achieved by applying preloading force on the bolts between the cabins.The bolt torque coefficient is an important parameter to determine the relation between the preloading force and the torque.In this paper,the method of comparative experiment is introduced to study the factors effecting on cabin docking used bolt torque coefficient,which includes the specification and material of bolt,the structure and surface coating of nut,and the tightening speed during installation.Results show that the nuts and tightening speed have a bigger effect on the torque coefficient than bolts.
