“新师范”的时代意蕴、价值取向及实践路径

摘要 “新师范”是面向师范生的教育,其核心在于激发师范生的生命意识、唤醒其生命自觉,促进其专业品性、专业知识技能、教学思维等专业核心素养的发展。“新师范”应指向生命自觉的唤醒、教育创新的突破、旧制革新的推进。本着一切“为了师范生发展”的教育目标,“新师范”需要在教师教育师资素质、人才培养方案优化、培养主体增权赋能、师范教育学科建设等主要方面着实用力。 The New Normal Education System is a kind of education towards normal school students,whose core purpose is to stimulate the life consciousness of normal university students,wake up their life consciousness,promote the development of their professional character,professional knowledge,teaching thinking and other professional core quality.The New Normal Education System should point to the awakening of life consciousness,the breakthrough of educational innovation and the advancement of the old system innovation.In the spirit of all for the educational goals of development of normal school students,the New Normal Education System needs to make great efforts in the main aspects of teacher education quality,talent training program optimization,training subject empowerment,teacher education discipline construction and so on.
