摘要
认真贯彻落实“职教20条”“双高计划”等党和国家关于推进新时代职业教育高质量发展最新政策文件精神,以教育部“对建设单位中期绩效评价的参考指标体系”为重要参考,明确关注的主要维度,明晰研究的基本思路,特别关注数量指标、质量指标、社会效益指标、可持续影响指标之间“一一映射非对称”关系,形成浙江省域双高校绩效评价指标体系“参考案例”。
It is earnest to implement the spirit of the latest policy documents of the Party and the state on promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era,such as“20 Vocational Education Articles”and“Double High Plan”,and to take the“reference index system for mid-term performance evaluation of construction units”of the Ministry of Education as an important reference to clarify the main dimensions of concern and clarify the basic ideas of research.Special attention is paid to the“one-to-one mapping asymmetric”relationship among the quantity indicators,quality indicators,social benefit indicators and sustainable impact indicators to form a“reference case”for the performance evaluation index system for Zhejiang provincial double-high colleges and universities.
