地方院校本科生导师制实施现状及对策思考 被引量:6

摘要 本科生导师制作为提高高等教育质量的一种重要举措不断被实践探索。调查发现,学生对本科生导师制的认知较为清晰,整体指导成效较为明显,但在导师分配过程中学生的自主选择权不能彰显,导师与学生之间交流互动不够充分,学生主动性缺失,导师指导内容与形式缺乏活力,这些问题制约着实施效果。未来完善选师系统,让学生全面了解导师信息,提供多个选择志愿;引导学生寻求指导,增强师生间的互动;实施分类导师制,采取多种指导形式;建立导师制评价制度,提高师生对本科生导师制的参与度。 As an important measure to improve the quality of higher education,the undergraduate tutorial system has been constantly explored and practiced.Investigation and research have found that students have a clear understanding of the undergraduate tutorial system,and the overall guidance effect is obvious.However,some problems are foundin the process of tutorial assignment:students’independent choice cannot be demonstrated;the communication and interaction between tutors and students are not sufficient;students’initiative is lacking;the content and form of tutoring are lack of vitality.These problems restrict the implementation effect.In the future,we will improve the teacher selection system,so that students can fully understand the information of tutors and provide multiple choices;guide students to seek guidance and enhance the interaction between students;implement classified tutorial system and adopt various forms of guidance;establish a tutorial system evaluation system to improve the participation of teachers and students in the undergraduate tutorial system.
